Disclaimer

Last updated 15 October 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

We provide the information on this website in good faith. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is general information and not a promise about your particular windows or doors.

Product descriptions and images

Photographs show our products as closely as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and fitted photos may show a size or colour other than the one you choose.

Measurements

Sizes on product pages are the sizes of the product. Measuring your own window or door correctly is up to you, so please follow our measuring guide and ask us if you are unsure.

Fitting advice

Our fitting guides are written for typical installations. If your frame is unusual, damaged or not suited to an adhesive strip, ask us before you fit.

Availability

Showing a product on the site does not guarantee it is in stock. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we tell you and you choose a different item, wait, or have a full refund.
