What we never limit

Nothing on this page limits our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Our liability to you

If we break our terms or fail to take reasonable care, we are responsible for loss that was a foreseeable result. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

Fitting and cutting

Our screens are DIY products. We are not responsible for damage caused by fitting that did not follow our instructions, by cutting a screen to the wrong size, or by fitting to a surface that is not suitable.

What a screen is and is not

An insect screen helps keep insects out while letting air in. It is not a security screen, a childproof barrier or a fall guard, and it should not be relied on as one.

Your indemnity

If you use our products or this website in a way that breaks the law or these terms, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses from that claim.

We are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful acts of third parties, such as hacking or fraud, that we could not reasonably have prevented.
