These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. Magnetic Screens Company is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in them takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Who we are

Magnetic Screens Company sells DIY magnetic and hook and loop insect screens, door curtains, swatters and spare parts to customers in India. Our administration office in India is at 21, ITPL Main Rd, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048, India. Our registered address is Suite 8, 47 Moo 1, T. How an order works

When you check out, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. If something you ordered is out of stock, we tell you and you can choose a different item, wait for new stock, or have a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. You pay by card or PayPal at checkout. The payment provider handles your card details and we never see or store them. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges a government agency places on your order, unless the checkout shows them included.

Delivery

We deliver across India, usually in 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours to pack your order. Delivery is free on orders of ₹4400 or more and ₹1900 below that. Our shipping page has the details.

Cancelling and returning

You can cancel free of charge until your order ships. You can return a product within 15 days of delivery. Our refunds and returns page sets out how, and what applies if something arrives faulty.

Measuring and fitting

Our screens are DIY products. Please measure carefully before you order and follow the fitting guide that comes with your screen. If you are unsure about a size, ask us first and we will help.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully. Do not try to interfere with it, copy its content for commercial use, or use it to send anything harmful. The content belongs to us and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or that comes from fitting that did not follow our instructions. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. See our limited liability page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first, because most problems are quicker to fix directly. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them stops you from using the National Consumer Helpline (dial 1915, or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in) or filing a complaint with the consumer commission where you live.
