What we collect and why

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address so we can process, deliver and support your order, and keep the records the law requires. When you contact us, we keep your message so we can answer it. When you browse, analytics cookies record how the site is used, as set out in our cookie policy.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the store: payment providers, couriers, our email service and our hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to have it erased where we no longer need it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
