Refunds & Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Our support team answers emails 7 days a week and aims to reply within 48 hours.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it ships. Most orders leave us within 24 to 48 hours, so please email theteam@magneticscreen.co.in as soon as you can. Once packing and shipping have started we can no longer cancel the order, and the return terms below apply instead.

Returning a product within 15 days

You can return a product within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. This covers changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or no longer needing it. For these reasons you pay the cost of sending the product back, and there is no handling charge.

To be eligible, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and come with your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. We cannot accept returns of items bought from other retailers. Items bought on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded for a change of mind.

If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered

This is not a change of mind, and the limits above do not apply. If a product arrives damaged, has parts missing, or is not what you ordered, tell us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Your refund

We process your refund 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us. It goes back to the payment method you used, so a card refund returns to that card and a PayPal payment returns to that PayPal account. If you would rather hold the amount as credit for a future order, ask us and we will do that instead.

How to start a return

Email theteam@magneticscreen.co.in with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back, because the product needs to go back to the warehouse it shipped from.
